Dr. Michael J. Crowe brings a wealth of expertise and passion to the world of dermatology. He is a double board-certified in Mohs micrographic surgeon, a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology & the American Society for Mohs Surgery.

A proud alumnus, Dr. Crowe earned his medical degree from the University of Southern California School of Medicine in Los Angeles, CA. He honed his significant expertise during his dermatology residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences where he cultivated a strong foundation in both clinical and aesthetic dermatology.

With an invaluable commitment to his patients and over three decades of experience, Dr. Truett is the most in-demand Dermatologist in Western Kentucky. Double Boarded in Micrographic Dermatologic Surgery and Dermatology, Dr. Truett blends his surgical expertise with cutting-edge procedures and an expertly trained clinical staff. Ms. Mills has been a Physician’s Assistant at Henderson Dermatology since 2004. She is highly regarded not only in her community but also among her peers for her expertise in all Dermatologic conditions. However, providing the utmost in dermatologic care while creating relationships is her passion. She is widely known for a building strong bonds with her patients  encompassing trust and reliability. Ms. Mills values her time with every patient ensuring they leave with no questions unanswered.

Ms. Cox is fortunate to found a home at Owensboro Dermatology Associates and a career where she can make a real difference in the lives of incredible patients. She champions a holistic approach to skin health and overall well-being, all while developing lasting patient relationships. Always staying abreast of the latest advancements, Ms. Cox actively participates in community health initiatives, striving to expand access to dermatologic care.

Katie is a Physician Assistant with over 6 years of experience. She is from Fishers, IN. She attended Heritage Christian High school in Indianapolis, IN, where she graduated in 2008 with Academic Honor’s. She graduated from Holy Family University in Philadelphia, PA with her Bachelor’s degree in Biology in 2012, where she had a presidential and full scholarship as an NCAA Division II student-athlete. She then attended PA school at Indiana State University, in Terre Haute, IN, from which she graduated in 2017 with her Master’s of Science in Physician Assistant studies.

She met her husband in Owensboro, KY in 2016, while on rotations for PA school. After graduating from PA school, she moved from her hometown of Fishers, IN to Newburgh, IN, where she worked in urgent care and primary care. She started with Owensboro Dermatology in 2019 and is now full time in our Newburgh Dermatology office. She still sees patients 2 days per month in our Owensboro office.

Since 2020, Trevor has been practicing at Owensboro/Newburgh Dermatology. While his interest is in all common skin disorders, Trevor specifically enjoys being able to advocate to patients not only for treatment but also for preventative care. As a 4-year Collegiate Athlete in Men’s Swimming and Diving and currently a soccer player and coach, Trevor is a team player in all aspects of his life.
