**New** No-Show Charge
We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing another patient from getting much needed treatment. Conversely, the situation may arise where another patient fails to cancel and we are unable to schedule you for a visit, due to a seemingly “full” appointment book.
If an appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance you will be charged a fifty dollar ($50) fee.
Billing, Payments & Insurance
Payment is expected at the time of service. For your convenience, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted. Each patient is responsible to pay his or her own bill.
Online Payments
Make payments easily and conveniently online, anytime by going to our Online Payments page.
We participate with most major insurance carriers for non-cosmetic treatments including Humana Choice Care, Anthem, Aetna, OCHN, Sagamore and United Healthcare.
As a service to our patients, we file insurance. If you have questions regarding your bill, please call 1-888-337-6722 Ext 4 or 1-888-DERMS-22 and one of our billing and insurance specialists will be happy to assist you.
Financing
Financing may be available for medical and/or cosmetic procedures and services. Financing may also be used for product purchases exceeding $300.
